PTE Terms & Conditions 

Conditions of Enrolment

1. Enrolment
 

1.1 PTE Masterclass course is subject to availability and is confirmed once full payment has been received and a confirmation letter issued.

1.2 This course is designed for short-term academic preparation and is delivered in a fixed format. Late entry is not permitted.

1.3 LSNZ reserves the right to decline any enrolment application at its discretion.

 

2. Course Delivery
 

2.1 Masterclass runs on specific dates and follows a fixed timetable. Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions.

2.2 A remote placement test will be carried out prior to the course to ensure all participants meet the required English level.

2.3 The course is delivered exclusively online (live-streamed) via Zoom. No in-person delivery is available.

 

3. Fees and Payment
 

3.1 All course fees must be paid in full at the time of enrolment. Payment confirms the student’s place in the course.

3.2 Fees are non-refundable once the course has started, regardless of attendance or completion.

3.3 No refunds or transfers are available for missed classes or early withdrawal once the course has commenced.

 

4. Cancellations and Refunds
 

4.1 If a student cancels at least 5 working days before the course start date, a full refund will be provided, less an NZ$50 administration fee.

4.2 Cancellations made fewer than 5 working days before the start date are non-refundable.

4.3 If LSNZ cancels or postpones the course for any reason, students will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future course date at no extra cost.

 

5. Attendance and Participation
 

5.1 Attendance is compulsory. Students are expected to participate fully in all sessions.

5.2 A certificate of participation will be issued only to students who attend at least 80% of the course.

5.3 Students must ensure a reliable internet connection and access to a working device with camera and microphone capabilities.

 

6. Behaviour and Conduct
 

6.1 All students are expected to follow the LSNZ Code of Conduct. Disruptive behaviour or academic dishonesty (e.g. cheating, impersonation) may result in immediate removal from the course without refund.

6.2 Online sessions may be recorded for quality and revision purposes. By enrolling, students consent to this unless otherwise requested in writing before the course begins.

 

7. Liability and Insurance
 

7.1 LSNZ accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the course.

7.2 Students are responsible for arranging their own medical and travel insurance, even for short-term courses.

 

8. Use of Student Information
 

8.1 LSNZ may use student photos or feedback for promotional purposes unless a written request is received to opt out.

8.2 Basic enrolment and academic information may be shared with relevant third parties (e.g. agents or partner institutions) where necessary and lawful.

 

9. Contact and Communication
 

9.1 All students must provide current and accurate contact details (email and phone) and notify the school of any changes during the course.

9.2 Communication regarding course logistics and reminders will be sent via email. It is the student’s responsibility to check their inbox regularly.
